DESCRIPTION:OCIA stands for Order of Christian Initiation of Adults. It is the process by which baptized Christians and unbaptized persons can learn more and join the Catholic Church. Three opportunities for OCIA will be available this year in the St. Gaspar family of parishes starting in September: \n\nHoly Trinity: Wednesdays at 11:45 am\, starting September 3\nSt. Paul: Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm\, starting September 3\nHoly Trinity: Sundays at 12:00 noon\, starting September 7\n\nEach group will be using the “Foundations of Faith: A Journey through the Catechism of the Catholic Church” series from Ascension. Cost for the workbook and internet access to the videos is $40. Scholarships will be offered on an as-needed basis. \nJoin the Journey\, Become a Sponsor\nPersons from the parish are encouraged to become part of the lives of our initiates by becoming involved in OCIA. Why be a sponsor? Christ calls us to “go and make disciples of all nation.” Being an OCIA sponsor for someone on their journey to be fully initiated into the Church is a wonderful opportunity to answer Christ’s call. DESCRIPTION:OCIA stands for Order of Christian Initiation of Adults. It is the process by which baptized Christians and unbaptized persons can learn more and join the Catholic Church. Three opportunities for OCIA will be available this year in the St. Gaspar family of parishes starting in September: \n\nHoly Trinity: Wednesdays at 11:45 am\, starting September 3\nSt. Paul: Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm\, starting September 3\nHoly Trinity: Sundays at 12:00 noon\, starting September 7\n\nEach group will be using the “Foundations of Faith: A Journey through the Catechism of the Catholic Church” series from Ascension. Cost for the workbook and internet access to the videos is $40. Scholarships will be offered on an as-needed basis. \nJoin the Journey\, Become a Sponsor\nPersons from the parish are encouraged to become part of the lives of our initiates by becoming involved in OCIA. Why be a sponsor? Christ calls us to “go and make disciples of all nation.” Being an OCIA sponsor for someone on their journey to be fully initiated into the Church is a wonderful opportunity to answer Christ’s call. DESCRIPTION:Bring your kids\, the grandkids\, the neighbors’ kids! Our Annual Easter Egg Hunt is on Saturday\, March 30\, in Trinity Center and on the lawn. Festivities include crafts\, games\, egg hunt\, and refreshments by age group: 0-3 yrs. | 4-5 yrs. | 6-7 yrs. | 8-10 yrs. The fun begins at noon for the first age group. The Easter bunny will be stopping by. Bring your camera. All kids are welcome to join in the fun! Don’t forget your Easter basket!

DESCRIPTION:Tenebrae Service \nOn Good Friday \n@Holy Trinity\, after the Noon Stations \nExperience the sacred tradition of Tenebrae\, where fifteen candles gradually extinguish as we journey through readings from Psalms or the Gospels\, enveloping us in symbolic darkness. Through this solemn reflection\, we contemplate Christ’s ultimate sacrifice and the darkness He endured on the cross. Yet\, as we meditate on the fading light\, we find hope in the promise of Easter\, where the triumphant return of the “Light of the World” dispels the shadows of despair. Let us embrace the mystery of Tenebrae\, knowing that even in our darkest moments\, the light of Christ’s love shines brightly\, guiding us towards salvation. If you attend\, we ask that you bring a side\, an appetizer\, OR a dessert. \nWe have the privilege of having two guest speakers that will bring diverse experiences to the group: \nLynda Middleton\, went to JAIL\, well not really\, she recently participated in the Kairos prison ministry and will share her experiences from the visit.\nFr.
