It was passed down from father to son for many\ngenerations including our family. More than 80% of the Christian community income comes from tourism and the olive wood trade. However\,\ndue to the ongoing difficult circumstances and the tremendous decrease in tourism the Christian community has suffered many hardships that led\nmany Christian Families to leave their homes in search of work and safety. Our mission is to support and strengthen the presence of Christianity\nin the Holy Land by selling their beautiful olive wood artifacts here in the United States. We have been blessed and grateful to have had the\nopportunity to travel to different parishes all around the United States for the past 15 years to represent these less fortunate Christians. Together\, we will prepare to make or renew our consecration to Mary using the booklet Preparation for the Total Consecration to the Immaculate according to St. Maximilian Kolbe\, which will guide us in offering ourselves fully to our Blessed Mother before Palm Sunday. Written as letters of spiritual direction to Philothea (i.e. lover of God)\, they are remarkably timeless in their practical application for all Christians today. Join us on Thursday nights beginning on November 30th at Precious Blood Church. All parishioners of all the churches are welcome. Led by Curtis Kneblik\, Director of Adult Faith Formation for (Precious Blood\, St. Rita\, St. Paul)\, the sessions will consist of short presentations with most of the time devoted to reading and group discussion.
