The Education and Social Action Commission at Holy Trinity Church is sponsoring our annual potluck luncheon on Sunday\, January 21\, 2024 starting at 12:30pm \nThe main course\, a Taco Bar\, will be provided. If you attend\, we ask that you bring a side\, an appetizer\, OR a dessert. \nWe have the privilege of having two guest speakers that will bring diverse experiences to the group: \nLynda Middleton\, went to JAIL\, well not really\, she recently participated in the Kairos prison ministry and will share her experiences from the visit.\nFr. Seraphine will share the experiences of his first year in the United States\, and about his life in Tanzania. \nIf you plan to join us please RSVP to Leslie leslieiannarino@hotmail.com\nor Brad @ 937-367-2127 (call or text) by January 14\, 2024. \nRSVP’s are appreciated in order to plan for food. DESCRIPTION:If you have been away from the Catholic Church for awhile\, for whatever reason\, we invite you to come back and see how much you have been missed.  \nWhy did you leave the Church?\nWas it because. . . \n\nYou felt misunderstood?\nYou felt unwelcome?\nYou felt disconnected?\nYou just got into a bad habit during college or other busy times?\nYou felt driven away for some reason?\nYou are too busy or too tired to get to church?\nYou weren’t married in the Church?\nYou need an annulment?\nThe present scandals in the Church?\nUpset with the changes of Vatican II?\n\n Whatever your reason is we miss you and want to invite you to come back to your community of faith.  There is nothing to fear and there is a lot of love to be found.
